Motivated by this achievement, they united to acquire the exquisite Lighthouse Manor in Ludington, Michigan, marking a prized addition to their portfolio.
Upon securing the property, John and Ben envisioned the inception of their new venture, Fresh Coast Getaways, in 2022. With refined concepts and established methodologies, the company aimed to offer patrons an extraordinary and enduring vacation experience. Managing their own properties, notably the splendid Lighthouse Manor, Fresh Coast Getaways also extended its services to property owners seeking a seamless, stress-free rental experience.
